Carie Carley joined the Southeastern Mechanical, Inc. Leadership Team in 2018 as the Human Resources Representative, Safety and Training Coordinator with 14 years of HR, Safety, and Retention experience.

Terri Allen is the project manager assistant. She has been with Southeastern Mechanical for nine years and has worked in the construction field for more than 20 years.

Primarily responsible for the daily operation of the Southeastern Mechanical Inc. Service Division, HVAC repair Service, Special Projects, Small Jobs, and installation of new commercial and industrial equipment. Preventative maintenance contracts and service agreements, all HVAC equipment and controls, sales, and service.

Nathan is responsible for all operations of the Electrical Division at Southeastern Mechanical, Inc. Nathan primarily handles all of the electrical estimating and project management for our electrical projects.
