Primarily responsible for the daily operation of the Southeastern Mechanical Inc. Service Division, HVAC repair Service, Special Projects, Small Jobs, and installation of new commercial and industrial equipment. Preventative maintenance contracts and service agreements, all HVAC equipment and controls, sales, and service.
