Design/Assist

Oftentimes, the owner has hired a design team but is also looking for contractor feedback.  SMI has extensive experience in Design/Assist; where the owner’s design team has begun their work, but it is not 100% complete.  This method of construction can be effective when the owner is under tight budget constraints and a fast-track schedule.  We step in as part of the team and offer our expertise and solutions to assist the design team while keeping tough budgets in mind.
